Code of Ethics and Good Publication Practices<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The conference is committed to ensuring the principles of academic integrity, transparency, and good practices in scientific research<\/strong>. All authors, reviewers, and members of the scientific committee must adhere to internationally accepted ethical standards in academic publishing processes.<\/p>

1. Originality and Plagiarism<\/h4>

Submitted papers must be original and unpublished.<\/strong>They must not have been previously published or be under simultaneous review in other conferences, journals, or collective works.<\/p>

Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, text manipulation, or the improper use of third-party materials without proper citation constitute serious violations of academic ethics. All manuscripts will be subject to similarity verification using the Turnitin tool<\/strong>, in order to ensure the originality of the submitted works.<\/p>

If plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unacceptable levels of academic similarity are detected, the manuscript will be automatically rejected<\/strong>.<\/p>

2. Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence<\/h4>

The use of generative artificial intelligence tools<\/strong> (for example, writing assistance systems, text generation tools, analytical systems, or automated translation tools) must be carried out in a responsible, transparent, and ethical manner.<\/strong>.<\/p>

Authors must ensure that:<\/p>

  • Artificial intelligence does not replace intellectual authorship or academic responsibility<\/strong> of the work or article<\/li>
  • The Content generated with these tools is reviewed, validated, and corrected by the authors<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Any significant use of artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of the manuscript is clearly declared by the authors.<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>

    Artificial intelligence tools cannot be listed as authors<\/strong> of the work or article<\/p>

    3. Responsible Authorship<\/h4>

    Authorship of a paper must reflect only those individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research development<\/strong>, including the study design, data analysis, manuscript writing, or critical revision of the content.<\/p>

    All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission and accept responsibility for the content presented.<\/p>

    4. Transparency and Conflicts of Interest<\/h4>

    Authors must declare any potential conflict of interest<\/strong> that could influence the results or interpretation of the study.<\/p>

    If the research has received institutional funding, sponsorship, or external support, this information must be clearly disclosed in the final version of the article<\/p>

    5. Research Ethics<\/h4>

    Papers involving human participants, sensitive data, or personal information<\/strong> must be conducted in accordance with the appropriate ethical research principles.<\/p>

    Authors must ensure that the research has respected the principles of:<\/p>

    • Informed consent<\/li>
    • Participant confidentiality<\/li>
    • Protection of personal data<\/li>
    • Respect for the dignity of research participants<\/li><\/ul>

      When applicable, authors must indicate that the study was approved by an institutional ethics committee<\/strong>.<\/p>

      6. Responsibilities of Reviewers<\/h4>

      Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts with objectivity, confidentiality, and academic rigor<\/strong>.<\/p>

      Information contained in manuscripts submitted for review must be treated as confidential material<\/strong> and must not be used for personal or academic purposes prior to publication.<\/p>

      Reviewers must refrain from evaluating manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists<\/strong>.<\/p>

      7. Responsibilities of the Scientific Committee<\/h4>

      The scientific committee will ensure that the review process is conducted according to principles of impartiality, academic quality, and transparency.<\/strong>.<\/p>
