Participation Options and Registration Fees

The 7th International Congress on Education offers two participation options:

1. Presentation of an Academic Contribution

This category includes scientific papers and educational experience reports.

  • There is no fee for the submission of an academic paper.
  • The USD 180 registration fee is payable only after the academic contribution has been accepted and the corresponding author has received the official notification from the Scientific Committee.
  • This fee applies per accepted contribution, regardless of the number of authors, and covers the participation of all co-authors.

2. Attend as a Participant

  • Individuals who are not submitting an academic contribution and wish to attend the Congress may register as participants.
  • The participant registration fee is USD 40.

Important: If you have submitted an academic contribution for review, do not register as a participant. If your contribution is accepted, you will receive the appropriate instructions to complete your registration.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods will be available once the corresponding registration process is officially open.

Participants may complete their payment by credit card, online payment, bank teller payment, direct bank deposit, or bank transfer.

Banco Pichincha

Siga la siguiente ruta: Pagos → Servicios → Facturas → Nuevo pago.

Search Salesian Polytechnic University of Ecuador, select UPS Cuenca and enter your identification number. Be sure to include the payment description.

For payments made through either bank select Universidad Politécnica Salesiana Cuenca and provide the participant's identification number.
