Track 1

Dr. Julio Cabero Almenara

University of Sevilla (Spain)

Didactics Professor and School Organization at the University of Seville, where he also serves as Director of the Secretariat for Educational Innovation. His academic work focuses on educational technology, the integration of ICT in teaching and learning processes, and teacher training in digital environments.

 

He has an extensive record of scientific and editorial publications, as well as participation in research projects and supervision of doctoral dissertations. His work is oriented toward the development of technology-mediated educational approaches, including virtual environments, online education, and digital learning experiences.

 

He will participate as a key speaker in the Emerging Technologies and Intelligent Education track of CIE 2026.

Dr. Javier Fernández Río

University of Oviedo (Spain)

Professor at the University of Oviedo, within the field of Education Sciences. His academic trajectory focuses on experimental pedagogy, with particular emphasis on pedagogical models in physical education, cooperative learning, and student motivation.

 

He has a strong scientific publication record in academic journals and has participated in national and international research projects, as well as teacher training initiatives. His work is oriented toward the development of innovative, inclusive, and evidence-based educational approaches linked to meaningful learning experiences.

 

He will participate as a key speaker in the Personalized Learning and Adaptive Systems track of CIE 2026.


Track 3

Dr. Antonio Méndez Giménez

University of Oviedo (Spain)

Profesor Titular de la Universidad de Oviedo, adscrito al Departamento de Ciencias de la Educación. Su trayectoria académica se centra en la didáctica de la educación física, la innovación educativa y el desarrollo de metodologías activas para la enseñanza.

 

Cuenta con una amplia producción científica en revistas especializadas y una destacada trayectoria en investigación, formación del profesorado y participación en congresos internacionales. Su trabajo se orienta al desarrollo de propuestas pedagógicas innovadoras y recursos didácticos para favorecer el aprendizaje activo.

 

He participates as a speaker in the thematic track, Interactive Learning Environments, Digital Interaction, and Immersive Experiences of the CIE 2026.


Track 4

Dr. Cristian Bellei

University of Chile

Principal Researcher at the Center for Advanced Research in Education (CIAE) and Professor at the University of Chile. His research focuses on educational policy, the right to education, equity, and school improvement, contributing to the analysis and development of public education policies. He has served as an advisor to national and international organizations and is the author of numerous publications on educational transformation, inclusion, and educational quality.

His academic work also focuses on youth, the Preventive System, and holistic education, with extensive experience in teaching, research, and participation in academic networks and scientific committees dedicated to higher education.

He will be a keynote speaker in the Youth, Preventive Education, and Social Transformation Track at CIE 2026.
